Our team will assist you with:
- Landlord & neighbor mediation
- Support with recertifications, inspections, and lease renewals
- Coaching on household rules, guests, noise, and conflict
- Linkage to behavioral health, SUD treatment, and benefits support
Who This Supports
- Members in new housing after homelessness, incarceration, or hospital stay
- Members with SUD, serious mental illness, or multiple hospitalizations at risk of losing housing
