- Sending reminders about chores, room photos, appointments, meetings, visitor or overnight request decisions, house operations, and program requirements.

- Maintaining internal records for housing operations, occupancy, invoicing support, reporting, compliance, and program administration.
- Responding to questions, support requests, or requests to update communication preferences.
4. SMS, Email, and Communications Data
If you provide your phone number or email address to Hubbert Homes, we may use it to send messages related to your housing, program participation, staff role, resident requests, reminders, scheduling, or other operational matters. SMS and email communications may include reminders, updates, approvals, denials, review comments, urgent operational notices, and other non-marketing messages.
